In these Terms, the following defined terms apply. "Agreement" means these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. "App" means the HORA mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. "Content" means all astrological data, analyses, charts, notifications, text, graphics and other material made available through the Services. "HORA" means the trading name under which Hora Stars Ltd operates. "Platform" means the App, the Website and any other interface through which the Services are made available. "Services" means the astrological analysis tools, birth chart generation, transit analysis, compatibility features and all other features made available through the Platform. "Subscription" means a paid recurring subscription to ad-free access, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. "User", "you" or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
By downloading, installing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or Services.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (b) your use will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and (c) your use will not infringe the rights of any third party.
HORA is a mobile astrology application that provides astrological analysis tools based on birth data provided by users. The Services include birth chart generation, real-time planetary transit analysis, interpersonal compatibility analysis and personalised astrological event notifications.
The Services are provided for entertainment and personal exploration purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. All decisions made in reliance on Content are made at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
The Platform is available to users aged 13 and over. Users aged 13 to 15 may use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By permitting a minor to use the Platform, the parent or guardian accepts this Agreement on the minor's behalf and assumes full responsibility for the minor's use of the Services.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Hora Stars Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Hora Stars Ltd only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo.
If you download the App from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Hora Stars Ltd only, and not with Google LLC. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Google and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo.
The App is available free of charge with advertisements or, by purchasing a Subscription, on an ad-free basis. Subscriptions are purchased exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise the relevant platform to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may manage and cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing at any time with at least 30 days advance notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
By registering an account, you agree that we may send you transactional communications relating to the Platform. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@horastars.com.
The free tier includes third-party advertisements. Hora Stars Ltd is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements, nor for any transaction arising between you and an advertiser.
All Content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, images and text on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Hora Stars Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, upload, distribute or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
You may submit reviews about the Services provided they are truthful, accurate and relevant. We reserve the right to remove any review that is false, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise breaches these Terms.
If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please notify us at contact@horastars.com with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request", including identification of the work, location of the infringing material, your contact details and a signed statement of good faith.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the above, Hora Stars Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total Subscription fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim; or (b) £50.
Hora Stars Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, anticipated savings, indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on Content provided through the Platform.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at contact@horastars.com first. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to respond fully within 14 business days. If unresolved informally, either party may refer to mediation, then to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hora Stars Ltd, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Platform in breach of this Agreement, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached this Agreement. On termination, your licence ceases immediately. Account deletion does not automatically cancel any active Subscription — you must cancel separately through your App Store account settings.
Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hora Stars Ltd relating to the Platform.
Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
Force majeure. Hora Stars Ltd shall not be liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Assignment. Hora Stars Ltd may assign its rights to any successor entity. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
